Christmas
Well, we survived Christmas and the Aftermath of Christmas once again this year. The house hasn't returned to order although I'm not sure it ever is. We live in a state of creative disorder as Beth and I think better that way. Madeline likes to keep the house looking in her words "fun." I think it's better to keep people waiting while we have to dig for the ringing phone anyway.

It has been great to have Brady and Kim here. We all watched the third installment of "The Lord of the Rings" last night while Dad and Mom Smith looked after the little munchkin. Thank you Mom and Dad! Tommorrow starts the ratrace again, yeah!

Hello from Thorne Bay
After a terrible ride on the ferry (for Jeff) we made it to Craig and eventually to Thorne Bay tonight. "We" happen to be the Clover Pass "Singing Tree Choir." The little church was packed to the hilt. I can feel the affects of Thera-flu kicking in right now. We have a very early morning as Richard Cropp and I are going to try and get his truck on the ferry. Here's hoping for a better ride on the way back.

Singing Christmas Tree
It is that time of the year again. There is a hustle and bustle of bodies getting the set ready and we are rehearsing three nights this week to get ready for the weekend performances.

So What!
To the Washington Post who says that Bush's Thanksgiving turkey was displayed and not eaten, I say, "Big Whoop!" has the Washington Post ever done anything for show? Why, they would never!

It is important that we find satisfaction in the work that God gives us. There is something totally satisfying about putting in a productive day.

Youth Group
We had a good night together. We are calling the current series "Basic Beliefs." We talked about the "Nature of God" tonight. Yeah, big subject:).
